Corporate Housing Factory is pleased to announce that it now offers a virtual check-in option for its Hoge Duin property in The Hague, via the MyCHF app. And, spoiler alert, all our other properties will follow soon!
The app, available in both the Apple and Android App Stores, already provides guests of all our properties with useful features such as a contact form to reach out to the service department, an explanation of the various facilities available in each of Corporate Housing Factory’s buildings, and a list of noteworthy places in the neighbourhood such as restaurants, museums, and shops.
The new virtual check-in feature allows guests access to the building they will be staying in and direct access to the apartment itself, via a connection between the guest’s mobile phone and the door locks. Visual prompts on the phone make the entire process simple and fast. Once inside the apartment, guests will find further relevant information for their stay and any keys/access device(s) that they will require.
For guests that prefer a personal welcome, the app can be used to complete the check-in process and book a check-in appointment date and time. A service host will then be waiting at the property. In addition, it is possible to also use the app to access the full range of useful information and tips that it contains.
The MyCHF app will be a handy addition to any guest’s phone. The personal directory provides all the details an individual might want to know when it comes to cleaning services, public transport cards, emergency instructions, luggage storage, wifi details, and much more. Directions from the airport and the address of the building are available at the tap of a button. Even the weather, check out information, contact options for Corporate Housing Factory, and the latest blog articles can be found.
With the MyCHF app’s virtual check-in, every guest — from the ones that prefer to keep their arrival low key to the ones that simply have a preference for the convenience of checking themselves in — will be relaxing “at home” before they know it.
