Located in the former Shell headquarters, this recently transformed property provides a range of premium housing and comfortable short stay apartments. And it isn't just the apartments that are impressive, as eco-friendly features and materials can also be found throughout the building.

Welcoming you and your guests to the spacious lobby area is a service manager who is present seven days a week. Once inside you can take advantage of the various accommodation options ranging from studio apartments to executive two-bedroom apartments.

Guest Rooms: Studio Apartments

The guest rooms are located on the ground floor and look out onto the leafy park. The tranquil environment is amplified by the natural light coming through the large windows. With a fresh and modern bathroom, comfortable double bed, open plan kitchen and a smartly designed dining/work area to complete the experience.

One-Bedroom Apartments and Premium One-Bedroom Apartments

Looking out onto the neighbourhood and park are our one-bedroom (premium) apartments. Each one-bedroom apartment is equipped with a comfy double bed to sleep the night away. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances, including a gas cooker with wok burner. The triple glass facade runs across the entire width of the apartment, allowing for plenty of daylight and views. All of the apartments have a private and spacious outdoor area. For your convenience there is also a separate storage/washing room with washing machine and dryer.

Two-Bedroom Apartments and Executive Two-Bedroom Apartments

Spacious and contemporary, the two-bedroom (executive) apartments feature a bright living area with a large dining table, comfortable sofa, TV, HEOS speakers, and an open plan kitchen. Each two-bedroom apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed (both bedrooms are equipped with double beds and wardrobes in the executive apartments). They also come with a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, storage/washing room with washing machine and dryer, and a private and spacious outdoor area.

We complement all these apartment facilities with a weekly cleaning and linen service and our guests can use the fully equipped gym without extra charge. Additionally, you can book your own private parking space in the carpark beneath the building. Guests can request a baby cot, chair or extra rollaway bed and you will also be able to bring your furry friend with you since this property is pet friendly.

Hoge Duin is located directly on the estate Arendsdorp / Oostduin (large nature areas) and is situated next to the stately Benoordenhout district. You can find a wide selection of artisan shops, exclusive fashion stores, and many good restaurants and cafes in the area.
