Can I book a viewing before actually renting an apartment
Yes, that’s possible! If you wish to view and experience one of our apartments we welcome you to book a (virtual) tour. The (virtual) tours are guided, which gives you the opportunity to ask live questions!
Between which hours can I check in?
Check in is preferably during our opening hours.
If you require an early or late check in please let us know. We will try our best to help you and provide you with up to date information about the possibilities.
Our general (and guaranteed) check in time is 2 PM. Check out is before 11 AM.
We are also able to help you with a taxi that brings you to your property. Just let us know and we will arrange a pleasant and on point check in!
Which facilities can I expect in the apartment?
The apartments are geared specifically to guests arriving with toiletries and clothing only. Included in the rate: all utilities, wifi internet, digital television, weekly cleaning, weekly linen change, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, use of the Health Club (at selected properties) and security.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in all our apartments. Please let us know if you want to bring your pet so we can send our pet policy for you to sign.
Are there parking facilities?
We do provide parking at most of our apartment buildings, but they should be requested prior to arrival and are based upon availability. Please let us know if you need a parking space and we will get in contact.
Can we get an extra bed/crib in the room?
In some apartments we can place an extra bed. When needed, please let us know. We will provide you with all the details about this service.
If you stay with us with your baby we can place a baby bed and a high chair. The baby beds are used for kids up till about 2 years old.
