Corporate Housing Factory, expert in the rental of serviced apartments, opens a new location in Eindhoven with 35 apartments.
Amsterdam, October 28, 2013 – Corporate Housing Factory, the company that specializes, among other things, in renting Serviced Apartments nationwide to multinationals for their international employees, opens a new location in Eindhoven.
With the 35 apartments, Corporate Housing Factory operates all the homes of the Hartje Gent project, part of the new construction plan Hartje Eindhoven, which consists of a total of 501 purchase and rental apartments. With the new Serviced Apartments, Corporate Housing Factory now offers an ideal accommodation for companies in the Eindhoven region for their (international) employees. Corporate Housing Factory manages the operation of the units owned by a joint venture between Laurentius and Amvest. Corporate Housing Factory started preparations for the furnishing and rental of the units in May 2013.
"The Eindhoven area has a strong concentration of international companies, an airport, and a technical university. There is a great need in this region for a combination of hospitality and housing," says Michael Berendsen. "We are proud to be able to offer that service now," adds Jouke Baaima. Baaima and Berendsen together form the management of Corporate Housing Factory.
The fully furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments are offered for a minimum rental period of seven nights. Corporate Housing Factory offers the homes for a total price, which includes not only gas, water, electricity, and internet, but also weekly cleaning and linen change, as well as a fixed parking space in the underground parking garage.
The first contracts with internationally operating companies in the Eindhoven region have already been signed, and the formula promises to be a good addition to the existing rental offer in this segment.
