Of all our properties, it offers the most varied wellbeing facilities — giving assignees in Rotterdam access to a full range of options to decompress and recharge after work, without leaving the building.  

New Amsterdam – Full private health club 

New Amsterdam, located in the middle of the business heart of Amsterdam, includes access to a private health club within the building — a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool and a sauna.  

 

Hoge Duin The Hague — Gym facilities 

Hoge Duin includes a gym within the building. It is also CHF's fully climate-neutral property — worth noting for companies with sustainability commitments who want their housing decisions to reflect those values. A well-managed, green building with on-site fitness access. 

A detail worth mentioning when you place your next assignee 

When you are matching an employee to a CHF property, location and apartment size are usually the primary considerations. That makes sense.
