Corporate Housing Factory is pleased to announce that it has added a new label to its brand—Corporate Housing Living.
Specifically designed for corporate individuals planning to stay six months or longer in the Netherlands, Corporate Housing Living provides a unique opportunity for these individuals to experience local living in central locations and neighbourhoods that even the Dutch would like to call home.
As co-owners Michael Berendsen and Jouke Baaima explained, “Even though our residents are here to work, they still want to discover the Dutch life and live like a local as well. We get that, and that’s why our product is created as such that our residents have the time to go explore.”
Building on Corporate Housing Factory’s success in providing serviced apartments within major cities of the Netherlands, this new label will combine fully furnished apartments including fully equipped kitchens and utilities and weekly cleaning, that the company is known for, together with luxurious furnishings, modern conveniences, and central locations.
The first residences, dubbed the Falcon Living apartments, are new and distinguished “canal houses”. Located in Amsterdam’s former Jewish quarter, the area is known for its history and large variety of museums. While Waterlooplein, a three-minute walk away, is home to an almost daily market, good public transportation links, and a variety of dining and shopping opportunities.
More properties are expected to be added to the Corporate Housing Living brand.
