Corporate Housing Factory, leading corporate housing provider in the Netherlands, has selected Maxxton as their business partner for delivering an ERP solution. The announcement of the new partnership comes shortly after Maxxton’s launch into the Serviced Apartments sector.
Corporate Housing Factory (CHF) has decided to use Maxxton’s main back office solution for central reservations, property management including housekeeping and maintenance, integrated Customer Relationship Management, extensive reporting and detailed business analytics. CHF will also benefit from the integrated web services provided by Maxxton with a new online booking engine, supporting direct online bookings.
Driven to expand their portfolio, CHF has been looking for a suitable reservations and property management system to support their growth and the corporate demand for temporary housing in The Netherlands. CHF will be adding new properties to their portfolio of managed accommodation units to offer clients an even wider choice of apartments. The Maxxton system allows CHF to manage and sell their own inventory, from one central database. The daily administration and accountancy will be managed within the system, and more accurate reporting will be produced giving greater visibility of the status of the business.
